I am pleased to provide the following commentary. The project was to construct a self-storage facility consisting of 8 sheds and office totalling 5000m2. It is to operate as Storage King Kumeu, a fully managed Storage King business. I appointed The Rodney Group to undertake all site works, building design, consenting and construction, including driveways. Several points stand out:

• Joe is a stickler for quality. His prior works have confirmed this to be consistent.
• He recruits quality staff.
• Payment claims have been detailed, very accurate and consistent with quotations.
• Variations around earthworks volumes have been detailed and fairly estimated; as confirmed by my QS.
• Communications and project progress information has been very good.

They were on budget, did a fantastic job and had a great bunch of workers on the job which extended to all their subbies as well.
